Education
Every student begins schooling at the age of 6 years old. The first thing that they do is take a test to evaluate their emotional quotient, intellectual quotient, type of intelligence, and identify any learning disabilities. Then our schools pairs them with other students similar to them. They push the students to their limit every day and challenge them to the best of their ability. Students have a five hour school day. The core groups are mathematics, science, technology, writing, reading, arts, and physical fitness. Students spend the majority of their time studying one of these based on their type of intelligence.
The school system does not choose their career for them. When they reach the age of sixteen they have the choice whether they would like to receive a higher education. If they do choose that then it will not cost them anything. They get to pick what field they would like to major in and then they study and most likely have a career around that.
If students choose not to get a higher education then they can have a job that does not require a specific set of skills: such as farming, sewage treatment, or manufacturer. However there are also other career options. If a student has been studying physical fitness then they do not have to receive a higher education to get a job. They can make their career out of training. Khepri has an olympic team for many sports and athletes can choose to work there if they like.
How hard you work at your job and how successful you become determines your quality of life. The harder you work the more advantages you get. But there is a maximum and a minimum for all things. Khepri wants everyone to be given the same opportunities, but it also acknowledges that competition and rewards are an important part of a functioning society.
